You will not be eligible for a refund if your membership/subscription is canceled due to a breach of this agreement. This includes but is not limited to unused subscription fees. We reserve the right to make all decisions regarding the termination of your membership/subscription without exception or explanation.
Your membership/subscription will not be affected by termination; this agreement will still apply to you after termination.
In the event of termination of this agreement, all provisions which by their nature are likely to survive such termination shall be deemed to have survived.
