Returns and Exchange

All are pieces are made to order and are carefully checked before dispatch. Hence we do not offer any return/refund or exchange policy. All purchases are final.

However, in an unlikely case of damaged product received, you can mail us on info@miira.in or whatsapp us at +91-9828382228 within 24 hours after receiving  the product, along with the images of damaged product. Our quality check team will go through the images and will decide if the product is exchangeable or not.

In the event of a damaged product, we will schedule a pickup of the product from the delivery address. Please ensure that the product is unused and in its original condition along with the original packaging and invoice.

Once we receive the product,  we will exchange and replace it with the same design. We do not offer any refunds or credit notes.
